The Trolley
The UKaddy trolley, battery charger and lithium battery are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal usage of the trolley. Any breakage of the trolley or charger that is caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use (i.e. rental) is not covered. The UKaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and ROI for use in the UK and ROI.

The Lead Acid Battery
Our batteries are covered by a separate 1 year warranty from the date of your purchase.

What To Do If There Is An Issue
If you encounter a problem with your UKaddy trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact us at info@ukaddy.co.uk or on 0845 094 3904 to allow us to deal with the issue as soon and as smoothly as possible. Please have your proof of purchase handy when contacting us and quote your invoice number on e-mails. You will be asked for this if telephoning.

What Happens Next?
Your query will be passed to one of our team of engineers, who may call/email you back if necessary. If the diagnosis is that you need a spare part, this will be sent out by first class post to you with simple fitting instructions.

If it is recommended by our engineer that the sending of a spare part will not rectify the issue, we will contact you to arrange to collect (you must keep the original packaging), repair (wherever possible) and return the faulty product (or the replacement product) at our cost.

A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the UKaddy trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge, however, do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

If the fault is not covered by the UKaddy warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier collection and delivery charges plus the cost of parts and labour.

The UKaddy warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
